You can arrive the day before; eating and drinking together.
Saturday, may the 14th :
9.00u: Breakfast
Around 10.00 am. we will leave for the Ride In to the McDonalds!!
11.00h-13.00 h: Arrival, meeting and individual "portrait" pictures.
12.45h: Ride-Out instructions and Picture of the group.
13.00h-+/- 17.00h: ride-out.
17.30h. Tombola/raffle.....
18.00/19.00h. -?? BBQ, drinking, talking, music and more: there will be a rockband!!!
Sunday, 15th:
09.00: Breakfast.
Prices:
Sleeping in a tent: €7,00 pppn.
Breakfast: €6,00 pp.
Barbeque: €15,00 pp.
For €9,00-€10,00 you also can stay at the attic floor (Dachgeschoss), you only need your sleepingbag and an inflating matrass!! Contact the camping and reservate your place!
It is necessary to pay the Breakfast and BBQ in advance!
BBQ and the breakfast can be reserved, before 1-5-2011, by paying the money to the SON-Bankaccountnumber, mentioning your nickname. After payment, please send a mail to the SON-City. The emailaddress is: soncity11@gmail.com .
