It is possible to arive one day early. We will eat together in the evening and have a (few) drinks, before sleeping.
Saturday, 25th of May 2013(the meeting)

11.00 - 13.00 hours Official part & registration and talking ;-)
12.45 hours Briefing / information about the ride out
13.00 - 17.00 hours Ride-out
17.30 hours Bingo.....
19.00 - ?? hours BBQ, drinken, talking and more!

Costs:
Cabin: 2persons €36,80, 4 persons €71,00
One person: Tent and your m'cycle €10,80
Only if you would like to hire a cabin, you will have to make a reservation (and payement) at the camping owners!!!
Breakfast is €6,00 and this year we serve an Indonesian meal on Saturday evening for only €13,50!!!
Showers are available for free
Evening meal (Indonesian buffet) and the breakfast have to be reserved in advance, before the 12th of May 2013, by paying the money to the SON-Bankaccountnumber, mentioning your nickname. After payment, please send a mail to the SON-City. The emailaddress is: sportstermeeting@gmail.com .
