It is possible to arive one day early. We will eat together in the evening and have a (few) drinks, before sleeping.
Saturday, 17th of May 2014(the meeting)
09.00 - 10.00 hours . . . Breakfast
11.00 - 11.45 hours . . . Official part & registration and talking ;-)
11.45 - 12.00 hours . . . Briefing / information about the ride out
12.00 - 17.00 hours . . . Ride-out and SON-raffle afterwards.
19.00 - ??.?? hours . . . BBQ, drinken, talking and more!

Costs:
One person & 1 tent +/- €11,00; you just pay at the campsite (no prepay)
Only if you would like to hire a cabin, you will have to make a reservation at the camping owners!!!
Breakfast is €6,50 and this year we have a BBQ on Saturday evening for only €13,50!!!
Showers are €0,50
Evening meal (BBQ) and the breakfast have to be reserved in advance, before the 11th of May 2014, by paying the money to the SON-Bankaccountnumber, mentioning your nickname. After payment, please send a mail to the SON-City. The emailaddress is: sportstermeeting@gmail.com .
